Moving the deal to “Won” triggers the contract, built from the deal and quote data.
CRM, pipelines, email marketing, forms, landing pages, projects, messaging, CFDI invoicing, and contracts in one system, at a decent price. The simulator shows what you pay today to run on twelve tools and what you'd pay with one.

You pay for every tool three times: the license, the time your team loses jumping between them, and the hours spent managing and integrating them. Only the first shows up on an invoice.
The contact who comes in through a landing page is the same one who gets the sequence, moves through the pipeline, signs the contract, and receives the invoice. No integrations, no duplicates. All nine modules are included in every tier, and the Overview pulls the essentials from all of them so you can decide at a glance.
When the deal is won, the contract is built from CRM data and gets a legally valid signature, the invoice is stamped automatically, and the payment closes the receivable. No one re-enters the customer's RFC (tax ID).
Moving the deal to “Won” triggers the contract, built from the deal and quote data.
Illustrative view with sample data.
A form triggers the sequence, the sequence triggers the deal, the deal triggers the contract, and the signed contract triggers the invoice. There are no API keys or webhooks between the nine modules, because everything lives in the same database. Whatever stays outside connects via API.

Verified list prices for every tool, sourced benchmarks, and Stackdinary's quote for a company your size. Move the controls and watch the number.
Before becoming a product, Stackdinary is the portal OSS México uses to run its website and marketplace sales: the same stack, unified in one place. Every module was tested there first, with real leads, deals, and customers. If it doesn't help run the business, it doesn't make it into the product.

Platform + users + usage. All nine modules in every tier, with stamps, contracts, and migration included and no onboarding fee. Anything not included is billed in blocks and shown in the simulator before you sign.
With a migration plan per module: we import contacts, companies, deals, lists, forms, pages, and boards with their history, validate together, and turn on each module once your team approves it. Migration is included in every tier; there's no onboarding fee.
No. Each module is turned on separately. Most teams start with CRM and pipelines, move on to email marketing, forms, and landing pages, then invoicing and contracts, and leave projects and messaging for last. In the meantime, you keep the tools you haven't replaced yet; the simulator shows you what that transition costs.
Yes. Stackdinary generates CFDI 4.0 in line with Annex 20, seals it with your CSD (digital seal certificate), and stamps it through a SAT-authorized PAC; the XML and PDF stay on the deal or order they came from. It covers income invoices, credit notes, payment complements, global invoices, self-service invoicing for marketplaces, cancellation with the recipient's acceptance, and import of your issued and received XML to build accounts receivable and payable. Stamps are included per tier.
Yes. They're signed under the Commercial Code with a simple electronic signature (OTP and evidence) or an advanced one with your SAT e.firma, and every document gets a NOM-151 preservation certificate issued by a provider accredited by the Ministry of Economy, with an evidence certificate you can export for court. Anything that requires a public deed (real estate, incorporations, powers of attorney) still goes through a notary.
Yes. With your e.firma, we download your issued and received CFDIs from the SAT for up to five fiscal years. That gives you customers and suppliers with RFC (tax ID), tax regime, and postal code, your catalog with SAT product keys, and accounts receivable and payable built by matching invoices against payment complements. Anything the SAT doesn't have (opening balances, price lists) comes in by CSV from Contpaqi or Aspel.
For now, Stackdinary covers nine modules: CRM, pipelines, email marketing, forms, landing pages, projects, messaging, CFDI invoicing, and contracts. Support, ERP, accounting, and payroll stay in your current tools and connect via API; the simulator tags them as "kept" so the math stays honest.
Yes, the official WhatsApp Business API. Conversations are billed at Meta's rates, with no Stackdinary markup, and they live in the same inbox as email and website chat.
Your data is yours: encryption in transit and at rest, daily backups, permissions by role and by module, and full export at any time. If you leave, you take everything with you in open formats.
Published prices are for annual billing. If you prefer monthly, the tier costs 15% more and you can cancel anytime. There's no penalty for leaving and no fee for coming back.
Twenty minutes with your simulator scenario on screen. No hour-long discovery call: the number is already on the table.
CRM, pipelines, email marketing, forms, landing pages, projects, messaging, CFDI invoicing, and contracts share the same contact, the same deal, and the same conversation. None of them needs an integration, and all are included in every tier; what we don't cover yet (support, ERP, accounting, payroll) connects via API until it's proven in a real operation. When you log in, the Overview shows only what you need to decide today.
You only see what needs a decision. Everything else lives in its module, and if something changes, we let you know on WhatsApp.
Illustrative Overview with sample data: switch roles and clear today's decisions.
Contacts, companies, and activities in one database, with segments and team views.
Deals by stage, forecasting, and automatic tasks on every stage change.

Campaigns, newsletters, and sequences built on the same CRM contacts.
Lead capture, surveys, and sign-ups that land straight in the CRM and trigger sequences.
Lead capture pages with an editor, your own domain, and A/B tests, no designer needed.

Boards, tasks, and milestones tied to every deal and every customer.
WhatsApp, email, and website chat in one inbox, with internal team notes.

CFDI 4.0 stamped by an authorized PAC, right from the deal: income invoices, credit notes, payment complements, global invoices, and self-service invoicing. Imports five years of XML from the SAT and builds accounts receivable and payable.
Contracts built from the deal's data, signed with the SAT's e.firma or with identity verification, plus a NOM-151 certificate and an evidence certificate. The signed contract triggers the invoice.

The customer, their RFC, tax regime, and postal code already come from the CRM; the item comes from your catalog, with its SAT product keys. Before stamping, Stackdinary checks for anything CFDI 4.0 would reject, seals it with your CSD, and a SAT-authorized PAC stamps it.
| SAT key | Item | Qty. | Amount |
|---|
Demo only: nothing is sealed or stamped, the RFCs are samples, and the fiscal folio is generated in your browser.
Pick the template and the signing method; the data comes from the deal. Every contract gets its NOM-151 certificate and an evidence certificate, and once signed, it moves the deal forward and prepares the invoice.
Demo only: nobody signs anything and no certificate is issued; the SHA-256 hash, however, is actually computed in your browser from the contract text.
With your e.firma, we download your issued and received CFDIs from the SAT. Almost everything comes from there, with no data entry: customers and suppliers with RFC, tax regime, and postal code; your catalog with SAT product keys; and accounts receivable and payable, by matching invoices against payment complements.
The CFDI is built according to Annex 20, sealed with your CSD, and stamped by a SAT-authorized PAC. Stackdinary doesn't need to be a PAC: that's how serious invoicing systems work.
Electronic signatures recognized by the Commercial Code (arts. 89 to 114), advanced signatures with the SAT's e.firma, and a NOM-151 certificate from a provider accredited by the Ministry of Economy, for integrity and proof of date.
Your CSD is stored encrypted with managed keys and is only used to seal your CFDIs. Your e.firma is used in your browser and is never uploaded. Plus an audit log of who issued, canceled, or signed what.
Real estate sales and mortgages, company formations, powers of attorney, and wills. For those, you sign the preliminary agreement or the letter of intent here.
Encryption in transit and at rest, daily backups, and a per-user access log.
Everyone sees what they run. Marketing doesn't move deals; sales doesn't edit campaigns.
Contacts, deals, lists, pages, conversations, invoice XMLs, and signed contracts with their evidence, in open formats, whenever you want. No lock-in.
In the demo, we load a sample of your contacts or your pipeline so you see the portal running your operation, not ours.
Move the controls: the cost recalculates instantly with verified list prices and sourced benchmarks. Nothing is sent until you ask.
Tap the ones you use. The price shown is for the plan a company like yours would need.
Fully loaded cost (salary + benefits) in USD. Used to value lost time and tool administration.
Compared with your real cost today: licenses plus the time your team loses switching between tools.
List prices for each tool on the plan that matches your size, billed annually, in USD. Only tools covered by the nine modules count as replaced; the rest are marked "kept." Mexican tools are converted at the Banxico FIX rate (17.64 MXN/USD, Sep 25, 2026).
Costs that don't show up on any bill but come out of your payroll: the time your team loses jumping between tools, and the hours spent managing and integrating them.
List prices verified in September 2026 on each vendor's official pages. Every company negotiates differently: the simulator estimates, the quote confirms. Benchmark sources at the bottom of the page.
Platform + users + usage. All nine modules in every tier, with CFDI stamps, contracts, and migration included, and no onboarding fee. The simulator tells you which tier you fall into and what you'd pay before you talk to anyone.
Reference prices, billed annually; monthly billing is 15% more. The quote adjusts to your scenario.
And you see it in the simulator before you sign. If extra usage costs more than the next tier, we move you up a tier.

B2B distribution, 15,000 contacts, 40,000 emails, 600 invoices, and 20 contracts a month. List prices for the tools Stackdinary replaces, on the plan that fits that size.
You move up a tier the day you need it and pay the prorated difference. You never lose data or settings: the tier only changes what's included.
No. All nine modules are included in every tier. What changes between tiers is the included volume (contacts, emails, invoices, contracts, published landing pages) and the price per user.
Help desk, ERP, accounting, and payroll stay in your current tools and connect via API. The simulator marks them "kept" and adds them to your real cost, so the comparison is honest.
Anyone with access to the portal. Customers using the customer portal, suppliers, and WhatsApp contacts don't count as users.
It's billed in blocks, and you see it in the simulator before you sign: $60 per 5,000 contacts, $0.50 per 1,000 emails, $0.03 per invoice, $1 per contract, and $10 per published landing page over your allowance. If extra usage costs more than the next tier, we move you up a tier automatically.
We'll write back with the tier, the number, and a migration proposal. No discovery calls.
Pick a day and time. We'll bring your simulator number, the tier that fits you, and the modules that replace your stack. If you'd like, we'll load a sample of your contacts or your pipeline so you see the portal running your operation.

Not yours? Adjust it in the simulator and come back here.
We'll confirm by email at , with the calendar invite and the video call link.

We saved your scenario exactly as you see it. If you'd rather not wait, email hola@stackdinary.com with the copied summary.
Stackdinary didn't start as a product idea. It started as the admin portal of a company that sold on its own website and on marketplaces, using twelve tools that didn't talk to each other.
At OSS México, every sale went through a CRM, a chat app, a project management tool, a help desk, an invoicing system, an order management tool, and a couple of connectors so each piece knew what the others were doing. Every tool had its own bill, its own login, its own admin, and its own way of breaking.
We did the full math: licenses, team time lost jumping between tabs, hours spent managing integrations. The real cost was almost double what the bills said. So we built the portal we needed: one database with modules on top.
That portal is now Stackdinary's pilot. We started with what hurts most: CRM, pipelines, email marketing, forms, landing pages, projects, messaging, CFDI invoicing, and contracts. Every module was tested first with real leads, deals, and customers, and every price in the simulator comes from the public price lists of the tools it replaces. If it doesn't help you operate, it doesn't make it into the product; everything else will come once it's proven.
The slogan isn't decoration. The operation fits the business, not the other way around: modules you switch on when the time comes, workflows you build without code, and a tier that grows with you. That's why the logo is a ribbon folded to measure, not a cube.

Made in Mexico
Support on Mexico City time, CFDI 4.0 built in, and prices in USD so nobody has to fight the exchange rate.
One piece, three layers
One continuous system where sales, operations, and finance stay visible, but in one place.
Every number on the site and in the simulator has a unit, period, currency, and source. If we can't cite it, we don't say it.
Your data comes out in open formats whenever you want. You stay because it works, not because leaving is hard.
Whoever answers you uses the product to operate. No level-one agent reading from a script.

Stackdinary processes the personal data it receives through this site (name, company, email, and the scenario you enter in the simulator) for the sole purpose of responding to your quote, demo, or contact request.
Only what you type into the forms. The simulator runs in your browser: no data is sent until you ask.
To contact you about the request you made. We don't send newsletters or share your data with third parties, except for the providers needed to deliver the service (email and video calls).
You can request access, rectification, cancellation, or opposition (ARCO rights) by writing to hola@stackdinary.com. We reply within 20 business days at most.
If you use those modules, your digital seal certificate (CSD) is stored encrypted and used only to seal your CFDIs; your e.firma never leaves your browser. The XML files we import from the SAT are used only to build your catalogs and your accounts receivable and payable.
This site doesn't use tracking or advertising cookies. It stores your theme preference and your last simulator scenario in your browser, and only there.
These terms govern your use of the stackdinary.com site and your subscription to the Stackdinary service.
Stackdinary is business operations software sold by subscription. The current modules, tiers, and prices are those published on the pricing page; the quote you receive prevails over the simulator, which is an estimate.
Published prices are in US dollars with annual billing; monthly billing carries a 15% surcharge. You can change tiers at any time. There is no penalty for canceling.
The data you upload to the service is yours. You can export it in open formats at any time, and we delete it 30 days after you cancel, unless we are legally required to keep it.
The uptime commitment, support response times, and maintenance windows are detailed in the service agreement that comes with every quote.

But the simulator does, and it takes 30 seconds.
